FAQs

Q1.HOW MANY EXTENSIONS DO I NEED?
A: Generally, three pieces are enough for most people. However, if the head is large or if the customer wants her hair to be exceptionally full, then four or more pieces may be needed.

Q2.HOW DO I MAINTAIN THE HAIR?
A: Treat the hair just like it was your own hair. Use good conditioner to maintain the quality. It is better to spray the hairs every three days in order to give the hairs nutrition and maintain them. (If you don’t use the hair spray, spray the hair, wait until it is dry, then put it into a plastic bag, don’t put it aside in the air. Before you use the hair, spray it as well using the comb to brush the hair starting from end, step by step to the top. Make sure to comb the hair gently.)

Q3.WHY ARE MY HAIR EXTENSIONS GETTING TANGLED?
A: Your hair extensions can tangle due to dryness, oil & dirt build up, salt water, chlorine and not combing (wide tooth comb) your hair daily. Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week although twice a week is better. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help.

Q4.HOW LONG DO THE EXTENSIONS LAST?
A: Since the hair is of great quality, it can last for a very long time if you take good care of it. Treat the hair like your own, maintaining it correctly, and it can last a year or longer.

Q5.WHY DON’T THE HAIR EXTENSION COLORS LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PICTURE?
A: Different computer monitors display color differently, and color numbers may have slight color differences. If you want to adjust the color of the extensions you can dye the hair just as you would real hair.

Q6.HOW CAN I TELL THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HUMAN HAIR AND SYNTHETIC HAIR?
A: Human hair has natural protein. When burned, human hair will smell foul and turn to ash which will disintegrate after pinching it. When burning the human hair will show white smoke. Synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning and will show black smoke. Moreover, human hair may have very few gray hair and split ends. This is normal and not a quality problem.

Q7.HOW DO I MEASURE THE HAIR?
A: Please understand that the way we measure the length of hairs (straight, wavy or curly texture, etc…) is to make the hair flare-out/stretched to straight instead of measuring the hair directly.
