Refund Policy

We are committed to our customer satisfaction. Please remember to place your order with care and ask all questions before hand and follow our maintenance instructions after purchase. 

Items can be refunded if you return your order to us within 7 calendar days of receipt and if you comply with the following conditions:

•      Products must not have been opened or tampered with.
       Hair extensions, closures and wigs are hygiene sensitive products. If the products have been removed from the packaging, or the if the packaging seal has been broken, they will not be able to be exchanged or refunded. We are committed to supplying products of the utmost hygienic standards to all our clients.

•      You must contact us before returning any items.
       Please contact us at emily@fabbabeshair.com before returning any items and a consultant will contact you to make the process as quick and easy as possible.

•      About the shipping costs and customs duties.
        If it is seller ships wrong type,we will pay the return shipping costs.But pls choose the same shipment as seller. 
        If it is buyer's personal reasons, buyer need to responsible for any delivery costs incurred. 


•      When you will get back the refund.
        We will refund the payment once we receive the products and have confirmed that the product and packaging has not been opened or tampered with in any way. If item is damaged by buyer,we will not accept any changing or refunding,hope you can understand.
